Method

Prepare the Chicken

  1. 1

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 7-10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Slaw

  1. 2

    Combine Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro. Toss well to mix all the ingredients.

Prepare the Sauce

  1. 3

    Mix the Peanut Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and water until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.

Assemble the Wraps

  1. 4

    Build the Wraps

Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a portion of the cooked chicken onto the center. Add a generous amount of the slaw mixture on top of the chicken, then sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Drizzle some peanut sauce over the top.

  2. 5

    Serve

Wrap the lettuce leaf around the filling and enjoy. Serve with extra peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
