Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Form the Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck with salt and black pepper. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.

- 3
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, split the brioche buns and toast them in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Burgers
Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Top with romaine lettuce, pickled red onions, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
Fries Preparation
- 5
Bake the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for the recommended time, usually about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- 6
Season the Fries
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and season with salt to taste.
