Prepare the Bacon

Form the Patties
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck beef with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center for even cooking.

Toast the Brioche Buns
While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, season with salt to taste.
Assemble the Burger

Assemble the Ingredients
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a bed of romaine lettuce. Add the cooked burger patty topped with melted blue cheese, followed by two slices of crispy bacon. Top with pickled red onions and pickles, and finally place the top half of the bun.
