Method
Preparing the Grilled Salmon
- 1
Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 3
Grill the Salmon
Once marinated, remove the salmon from the refrigerator. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Making the Lemon Butter Sauce
- 4
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through, then remove from heat.
