Preparing the Salad Base

Wash and Tear Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare Cherry Tomatoes
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half. Add them to the salad bowl with the romaine lettuce.
Making the Croutons

Prepare Bread
Cut the French bread slices into small cubes.

Toss with Olive Oil
In a medium bowl, combine the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Bake Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Preparing the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic clove, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assembling the Salad

In the large bowl with romaine and cherry tomatoes, add the freshly baked croutons and drizzle the dressing over the top.

Gently toss the salad until everything is evenly coated with the dressing. Serve immediately and enjoy!
