Add the mint leaves, honey, lemon juice, and cardamom pods to the strained tea. Allow it to steep for an additional 10 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Pour the infused tea into cups. Garnish each cup with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve warm or chilled over ice.
