In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using a spaetzle maker or a colander, drop the batter into the boiling water. Cook until the spaetzle float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
