Method

Base & Sweetener

1

Combine liquids

In a pitcher, pour 1 cup cold filtered water and 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice. Add 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.

2

Sweeten

Whisk in 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup until fully dissolved. If honey is thick, warm it slightly before measuring.

Electrolytes & Minerals

3

Add 1 teaspoon fine sea salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda to the pitcher. Stir vigorously until both are fully dissolved; these provide sodium and a bit of bicarbonate to help hydration and pH balance.

Natural Stimulant & Flavor

4

Prepare strong green tea in advance by steeping one green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf) in 1 cup near-boiling water for 3 minutes, then chill. Once chilled, add 1 cup brewed green tea to the pitcher.

5

Grate about 1 teaspoon fresh ginger directly into the mixture and stir to integrate. Ginger adds flavor and a mild stimulant effect.

6

If using caffeine powder, measure carefully (50 mg recommended) and dissolve it into a small amount of warm water before adding to the pitcher. Do NOT exceed recommended dosages; skip entirely if unsure or sensitive to caffeine.

Finish & Serve

7

Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired: add up to 1 additional tablespoon honey/agave for more sweetness, or 1 teaspoon lemon juice for more tang.

8

Fill glasses with ice cubes (about 1 cup total for two servings). Pour the energy drink over ice, garnish with mint leaves if using, and serve chilled.

9

Store any leftover drink in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. Stir before serving, as minerals may settle.
