Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Form the Patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into two equal portions and form into burger patties.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Assemble the Burger
On each burger bun, spread 2 tablespoons of animal sauce. Place the patty with melted cheese on the bun, top with crispy bacon, and char-broiled tomato halves. Close the burger with the top bun.

Serve the cheeseburgers immediately with your favorite sides.
