Prepare the Pork Chop
Season the pork chop with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Fry the Pork Chop
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork chop and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Red Eye Gravy
In the same skillet, drain excess oil, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add the brewed coffee, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Serve
Place the fried pork chop on a plate and pour the red eye gravy over it. Serve hot.
