Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation
Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. This will ensure even cooking.
- 2
Seasoning
Generously season both sides of the steaks with kosher salt and black pepper, pressing the seasoning into the meat.

- 4
Cooking
Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until a nice crust forms. Add the garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs to the skillet halfway through cooking.
- 5
Resting
Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 6
Serving
After resting, slice the ribeye and serve with the garlic and rosemary drizzled over the top.
