Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice. Add ice cubes to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
