Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribeye

Place the ribeye steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your broiler to high heat. If your broiler has a rack, position it about 6 inches from the heat source.

  4. 4

    Broil the Steak

Remove the ribeye from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the steak on a broiler pan or a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Broil the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the steak from the broiler and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
