    Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Marinate the Pork Chop

    Rub the tomahawk pork chop with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat generously with Lynchburg Lacquer sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Charbroil the Pork Chop

    Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the marinated pork chop on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (145°F for medium).

    Remove the pork chop from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Brush with roasted garlic butter before serving. Pair with your choice of side.
