Directions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crab meat and claw crab meat. Be careful not to break up the lumps.
- 2
Mix Other Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- 3
Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the crab mixture. Gently fold in the bread crumbs and chopped parsley, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- 4
Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 5
Bake the Crab Cakes
Drizzle the olive oil over the crab cakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
