Cook the Tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta or prosciutto and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Add black pepper and salt to taste. Stir in the frozen peas and allow them to heat through, about 2-3 minutes.

Combine Tortellini and Sauce
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce and peas.
