Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper into the sautéed vegetables. Bring to a simmer.
