Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grouper

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the grouper fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

  3. 3

Add the Grouper to the Skillet

Place the seasoned grouper fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Topping

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and melted butter. Mix well until it's a crumbly mixture.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

In a greased baking dish, place the sautéed grouper fillets. Evenly distribute the breadcrumb and cheese mixture over the top of each fillet.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the grouper parmesan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
