Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Make the Pesto
In a food processor, combine fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth. If needed, adjust the consistency with additional olive oil.

Prepare the Tomatoes
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a spoonful of diced tomatoes and a dollop of homemade pesto.

Add Marinara and Mozzarella
Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto each bruschetta and top with slices of homemade mozzarella cheese.

Return the assembled bruschetta to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra basil if desired.
