In an old-fashioned glass, place the sugar cube and add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved.

Add 4 ice cubes to the glass, ensuring that they fit well without overflowing.

Stir the Cocktail
Using a bar spoon, gently stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Garnish
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist. Then place the peel into the drink as a garnish.
