Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Rinse the blackberries under cold water and gently pat them dry with a clean towel. Set aside.

Prepare the Blackberries

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, sugar, and fresh lemon juice. Gently mash the blackberries with a fork to release their juices. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Mix the Base

Pour the red wine into the mixing bowl with the blackberry mixture. Add the white pepper and stir gently to combine all ingredients. Ensure the sugar is fully dissolved.

Incorporate the Wine

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Chill the Blend

After chilling, stir the mixture gently. Pour the Mediterranea Red Blend into wine glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a couple of blackberries.
