Cold Brew Preparation

Make Cold Brew Coffee
In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.

Steep
Cover and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours for optimal flavor.

Strain
After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter into a clean container to remove the grounds.
Cocktail Assembly

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of cold brew coffee, 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka, 1 oz of Long Road Amaro Pazzo, and 1 oz of simple syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
