Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of 10 yr. Tawny Port Wine, 1 oz of Strega, 1 oz of Long Road Raspberry, and 1 oz of Simple Syrup.

Secure the shaker lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Serving

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with 5 fresh raspberries and sprinkle 1 tbs of chocolate shavings on top.
