Prepare the Tomato Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Toast Points
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the French baguette diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Make the Herb Cream Cheese
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with chopped fresh herbs until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread a layer of the herb cream cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture.
