Chorizo Queso

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

In a saucepan, combine the cooked chorizo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, diced tomatoes, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Seasonal Salsa

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Black Bean Salsa

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together black beans, corn, red bell pepper, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Stir until combined.
Corn Tortilla Chips

Prepare Chips
Cut corn tortillas into triangles. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry tortilla pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
