Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Pork
Add ground pork to the marinade and mix until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Make the Slaw
In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.
- 4
Cook the Pork Patties
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Form the marinated pork mixture into patties and fry them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Serve the pork patties topped with sweet chili sauce and a generous portion of the sweet chili slaw on the side. Enjoy!
