Seafood Pancake Ingredients
Method
Seafood Pancake Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cold water, and eggs. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Seafood and Green Onions
Chop the green onions finely. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, squid, and fish fillet. Add the chopped green onions to this seafood mix.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Add the seafood and green onion mixture to the batter. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir gently until the seafood is evenly coated with the batter.
- 4
Cook the Pancakes
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour half of the batter mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the edges are golden and the underside is crispy.
- 5
Flip the Pancake
Carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- 6
Repeat
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter, adding more vegetable oil to the skillet as needed.
- 7
Serve
Cut the pancakes into wedges and serve hot with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
