Dumplings Preparation

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended.

Assemble Dumplings
Take a dumpling wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it in half, and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook Dumplings
Gently add the prepared dumplings to the pot. Allow them to cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top and are cooked through.

Finish the Soup
Add the fresh spinach, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir gently and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
