In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Make Dumplings

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture into the center of the wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper over to create a triangle shape, pressing the edges tightly to seal.

To create a pleated shape, bring the two outer corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
