BBQ Chicken
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ sauce. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Meat Jun
Slice the beef thinly and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for about 1 hour. Dredge in flour.

Prepare Chicken Katsu
Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness, season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cook BBQ Chicken
Place the marinated chicken on the grill or in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until fully cooked.

Fry Meat Jun
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the beef slices for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Fry Chicken Katsu
In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the breaded chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare Kim Chee
Serve store-bought or homemade kim chee as a side dish.

Cook Bean Sprouts
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Make Macaroni Salad
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Combine with mayonnaise, diced vegetables, and seasoning to taste.
