Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Beat until smooth and well mixed.

Prepare the Dough
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

Fry the Cheesecakes
Carefully place the rolled cheesecakes in the hot oil, frying until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Cinnamon Sugar
In a shallow bowl, mix together cinnamon and powdered sugar. Roll the fried cheesecakes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

In a blender, combine fresh berries and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired to remove seeds.
