Prepare the Dragonfruit
Cut the dragonfruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Dice it into small cubes.

In a large pitcher, combine the diced dragonfruit, pomegranate juice, apple cider, and lime juice. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey to the mixture and stir until dissolved.
