Method

Beer

  1. 1

Chill beer (if not already chilled)

Place the six Singha beer bottles in a refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours before serving. If you need them chilled quickly, submerge the bottles in a bucket filled with ice and cold water for 20–30 minutes until they reach a cold temperature (around 37–45°F / 3–7°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare serving glasses (optional)

If using chilled beer glasses, place them in the freezer for 15–30 minutes before serving. To salt rims (optional), rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into a shallow plate of salt to coat lightly.

  3. 3

Ice for an ice bucket or cooler

Fill an ice bucket, cooler, or large container with the bag of ice and add a little cold water if desired. Arrange the chilled Singha bottles upright in the ice so they remain cold while serving.

  4. 4

    Open and serve

When ready to serve, open each bottle carefully to avoid excessive foaming. Pour into chilled glasses if desired, leaving a small head of foam. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge on the rim or serve wedges on the side for guests to squeeze into their beer.

  5. 5

    Storage of leftovers

If any unopened bottles remain, return them to the refrigerator or keep them in the ice bucket to maintain chill. Once opened, consume within the same sitting for best carbonation and flavor.
