Marinating the Steak

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Steak
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

After resting, slice the grilled steak thinly against the grain.

On a warm flour tortilla, layer slices of steak, sautéed vegetables, and your choice of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy your steak fajitas!
