In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef, along with a splash of water. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Assemble the Burrito
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 cup of refried beans in the center, followed by a portion of the seasoned beef, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are coated. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
