Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into chunks and season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Cook the Pork
In a slow cooker, combine the seasoned pork, minced garlic, orange juice, and lime juice. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
Rice

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice and 1 tsp of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Beans

Heat the Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the canned black beans over medium heat. Add cumin and salt, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Salad

Prepare the Salad
In a bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, and diced cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, and season with salt to taste. Toss to combine.
Tortillas

Warm the Tortillas
Heat flour tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
