Prepare the Cheese Base
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Once the cheese mixture is smooth, add the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Cook the Mixture
Continue cooking the mixture over low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until everything is heated through and well combined. If the dip is too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
