Marinating the Pork

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.

Marinate the Pork
Add the pork tips to the marinade. Ensure the meat is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Grilling the Pork and Vegetables

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork is browned and cooked through.

Grill the Vegetables
In the last 5 minutes of grilling, add the diced tomatoes, sliced onion, and jalapeños to the grill. Grill until they are tender and slightly charred.

Prepare the Plate
On a serving platter, place a generous portion of the grilled pork tips along with the grilled vegetables.

Serve with cooked white rice, refried beans, and warm corn tortillas on the side.
