Infuse the Tequila
Let the jalapenos infuse in the tequila for at least 24 hours, up to 48 hours, depending on your desired spice level. Shake the jar gently every few hours.

Strain the Infusion
After the infusion period, strain the tequila through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding the jalapenos.

In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, horseradish, and olive brine. Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning with additional hot sauce, salt, or pepper if needed. You can also add more lemon juice for extra acidity.

Chill the Mix
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the Bloody Mary mix for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the Bloody Maria
In a tall glass filled with ice, pour 2 ounces of the infused jalapeno tequila and fill the rest of the glass with the Bloody Mary mix. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish your Bloody Maria with a celery stick, a lemon wedge, and a pickle. Serve immediately and enjoy!
