Prepare the Dragon Fruit
Cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Dice the flesh into small cubes.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup, discarding any seeds.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Hornitos Tequila, Gran Gala, diced dragon fruit, lime juice, and agave nectar.

Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled margarita glass. If desired, you can rim the glass with salt or sugar beforehand.

Garnish the Drink
Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of dragon fruit on the rim of the glass.
