Combine Liquids
In a cocktail shaker, combine 60 ml silver tequila, 30 ml Kahlúa, and 60 ml heavy cream.

Chill and Froth
Fill the shaker with ice to about 3/4 full and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

Serve
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately.
