Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the carbonated water and high fructose corn syrup. Stir gently until well mixed.

Slowly add the caramel color, phosphoric acid, caffeine, natural flavors, and citric acid to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
