Churros Dough Preparation

Mix in Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball.

Add Eggs
Allow the dough to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Pipe the Churros
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length.

Fry Until Golden
Fry the churros until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Mix Sugar and Cinnamon
In a bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Heat the Cream
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until the chocolate is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
