Combine Liqueurs
In a separate heat-resistant glass or mug, mix together 1 cup of brandy and 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur.

Layer Coffee and Liqueurs
Pour the sweetened coffee into a heat-resistant glass, filling it halfway. Carefully pour the heated liqueur mixture over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
- 6
Flame the Coffee
Using a long lighter or match, ignite the surface of the liqueur layer. Allow it to flame for a few seconds to create the flaming effect.
- 7
Garnish
Top the flaming coffee with 1 cup of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and nutmeg if desired.
- 8
Serve
Serve immediately while still flaming, and instruct guests to blow out the flame before drinking.
