Prepare the Shrimp

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Add Seasoning and Lemon
Add the Old Bay seasoning and sliced lemon to the boiling water.

Cook Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Chill Shrimp
Immediately drain the shrimp and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them sit for 3-5 minutes, then drain again and pat dry.
Make the Cocktail Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.

Mix Well
Stir the mixture until well combined. Taste and add salt as needed.
Serve

Plate the Shrimp
Arrange the chilled shrimp on a serving platter.

Serve with Sauce
Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce on the side for dipping.
