Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Creamy Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and goat cheese. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

    Incorporate the Crab and Seasonings

Gently fold in the Gulf lump crabmeat into the cheese mixture. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

Baking

  1. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the crab dip mixture into a baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Once baked, remove the dip from the oven. Allow it to cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
