Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and smooth.

Add Remaining Ingredients
Gradually stir in the milk, sour cream, and the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix until everything is well combined and the dip is creamy.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to incorporate all the seasonings into the cheese mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
