Prepare the Protein

Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Prepare the Beans

Heat the Black Beans
In a small saucepan, add the canned black beans and cumin. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
Prepare the Rice

Cook the Rice
Prepare the white rice according to package instructions if not already cooked. You can use leftover rice if available.
Assemble the Burrito

Fill the Tortillas
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, layer 1/4 of the cooked ground beef, 1/4 of the black beans, and 1/4 of the cooked rice.

Add Toppings
Top the fillings with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and guacamole as desired.

Roll the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a tight burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.

Cut the burritos in half if desired and serve immediately with extra toppings on the side.
