Season the Meat
In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano. Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder until well coated.

Prepare Ingredients
Peel the garlic cloves and set aside. Cut the onion into quarters.

Add to Slow Cooker
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add the garlic cloves, onion quarters, bay leaves, orange juice, and lime juice.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Discard any excess fat and bay leaves.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
