Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them.

Place two slices of cheddar cheese on one patty and American cheese on the other patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

While the patties are cooking, cut the burger buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by one cheeseburger patty, a slice of tomato, onion slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and High Life beer. Mix until just combined. Form the mixture into two burger patties.

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

On the bottom half of the toasted bun, layer lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato, pickles, and your choice of ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Preheat the Oven

Cut each piece of bacon in half. You will have 32 half pieces.

Prepare the Bacon

Take one tater tot and wrap it with a half piece of bacon. Secure it with a toothpick if needed. Repeat until all tater tots are wrapped.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, black pepper, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped tater tots.
